Help Mrs. Castle’s 4th Grade Class Support Hurricane Victims!
Mrs. Castle and her 4th-grade class at Memorial School are organizing a donation drive to support hurricane victims in Florida and the surrounding areas. They are asking Memorial families and the Taylorville Community to come together and make a difference!
A flyer with suggested donation items has been sent home with students and is attached here. Donations can be sent with students, dropped off at Memorial School during school hours, or brought along to Parent-Teacher Conferences.
Donations will be accepted from now until October 25.
Let’s show our community spirit and lend a helping hand to those in need! Thank you for your generosity!

Our 3rd graders participated in the Land of Smiles assembly, presented by Delta Dental this morning, where they learned all about the importance of proper dental hygiene. Through fun and engaging activities, students discovered how to take care of their teeth, the benefits of regular brushing and flossing, and the impact of a healthy smile on overall well-being. It was a fantastic way to reinforce healthy habits in a fun, memorable way!
